Registration prices

Registration will begin March 1st, 2026 via Assistexpo

Here is the registration fee approved by the committee for the year 2026:

  • Registrations made on AssistExpo until April 1st, 2026: $50 for the first 4 registrations and $35 for the following ones (plus taxes).
  • Registration made after April 1st, 2026: $75 (plus taxes). Closure of AssistExpo: April 7 at 11:59 p.m.. No unregistered animal will be accepted on the site without the agreement of the coordinator.

Prime :

There will be a $100 bonus for each senior herd and $75 for each junior herd. There will also be a bonus awarded to each animal presented at the judging. Please be sure to tell us in whose name you would like the check made out when we come for verification.

Stalls

The bedding under the animals may be extended to a maximum length of 10 feet, which will help maintain wide aisles to facilitate movement, particularly for visitors. No supplies (straw, hay, or shavings), chests, or tents will be permitted in the aisles. We will allocate you the necessary space to store your equipment. Due to lack of space and as a fire prevention measure, NO TENTS, WALLS/ROOFS, or similar structures will be permitted by the committee, either inside or outside the buildings.

Other information

The Spring Show will offer snacks and beverages (coffee, broth, and hot chocolate) every day of the week in the Agri-Sport Pavilion, both morning and afternoon.

Livestock booths are permitted for individual or group exhibits with a minimum of six animals per booth. No commercial products or displays other than your own animals may be exhibited; otherwise, the booth will be charged at the booth sponsor rates.

The Fire Department strictly prohibits leaving round bales outside the buildings.

***Attention: Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within 9 meters of the Spring Show buildings (Law 44: MSSQ). Two smoking areas have been set up on site for this purpose. If you violate this rule, you will be required to pay the fine imposed by the Spring Show in addition to your own fine.

Once again this year, the Spring Show will provide RTM free of charge to exhibitors who request it, courtesy of Martel Agricultural Equipment Inc. and Fleury Holstein.
