To assure a good rolling and to have control of the circulation in the show ring, we ask the media wishing to be take picture in the arena or in the ring to have a pass that will be hand out following the signature of the present contract.
In exchange of a 20 pictures contribution the Quebec Spring Show, agree to provide:
- Photographer’s pass giving access to the arena and the show ring;
- Access to a table reserved for the media close by the official’s table;
Dress Code:
- Professional attire is required by show ring Photographers
- Photographers must wear black pants and shirt, including any outer-wear.
- Jeans, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats or tennis shoes are not allowed.
Photographers with a show ring badge should only be in the show ring when actively taking photographs. While waiting for the next class or after taking photos, the photographer should promptly exit the show ring. Photographers cannot position themselves between the animals and the judge. Be courteous and respectful of other show ring photographers.
- All photographers are asked to turn all electronic devices to silent mode in the show ring.
